Deadline of Advance-registration (Early registration) is April 22nd, 2022 (23:59, JST).
Deadline of Standard (Regular) Registration is May 19th, 2022 (23:59, JST).
Registration (On-site)
The registration desk will be open from May 16 to May 19 at the Multipurpose Hall of the Convention Center.

Registration fee is tax exemption.
* Registration fee for all presenters is the same regardless of the presentation style such as onsite, live on-line, and virtual presentation.
** Please note that you may not be able to pay the advance registration fee during the website maintenance on April 22nd from 2:00 to 5:00 AM (JST).

1) Digest, 2) Admission to all sessions, 3) Coffee breaks, 4) Proceedings (JJAP), 5) 50% of Paper submission fee to JJAP, 6) Congress kit,
For Accompanying person

*Proceedings will be published after the symposium as the special issue of the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP).
Banquet
The Banquet will be held on the evening of May 18th at the YUUSHIEN Garden, which is promenade garden with peonies in year-round bloom.Yuushien is a traditional Japanese-styled walk-through garden located in the centre of Daikonshima Island.

Registration/Banquet fees should be paid by credit cards.
VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB are acceptable.
No personal checks are acceptable.
Cancellation Policy of Registration
*In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
*Please note all refunds will be made after the symposium.
