MORIS 2022 hybrid conference offers 3 types of presentations as follows.
1. Onsite presentation, 2. Live on-line presentation, and 3. Virtual presentation.

1. Onsite Presentation

Audio-Visual Equipments
Following audio-visual equipment is provided in the presentation room:
• Microphone
• Administrator PC (To host zoom meeting for on-line attendees)
Speakers of oral sessions are supposed to bring their presentation on their own laptop.
No other presentation facilities will be provided in the presentation room. Authors are advised to bring USB memory storing a backup of the presentation file.
Presenting authors are supposed to login the zoom meeting room and share their own screen to start the presentation.
Presenting authors should "check in" with the session chairman at least five minutes before starting the session. Session staff will support you. Please note that the time needed for the setup will be subtracted from the time allowed for your presentation.
Onsite presenters are supposed to upload pre-recorded on-demand content until May 14th. Please prepare a presentation movie (recommended format: mp4) of 2 GB or less. The URL for uploading will be provided from the organizer. Your pre-recorded content will be available on-demand to MORIS registrants until June 30th. Some participants may ask you via the comments on your on-demand presentation.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster sessions are scheduled on the afternoon of May 17th and on the morning of 18th at the presentation room. Please prepare your poster by yourself. All posters are supposed to be posted on the poster board by the end of Lunch Time on May 17th, and be removed by the end of Lunch time on May 19th. Posters remaining at 14:00 on May 19th will be disposed by the secretariat.
The usable surface of the poster board is 120 cm wide and 210 cm high. The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm width and 1189 mm high). Stationaries to display the posters will be provided by MORIS. The program ID number is posted on each poster board for displaying the poster. The poster should contain the title, authors, affiliations, and well-prepared visual materials about the work.
Onsite presenters are supposed to submit e-posters until May 14th as on-demand contents of MORIS 2022. Please prepare an e-poster (jpg or png format) of 10 MB or less. The URL for uploading will be provided from the organizer. Your e-poster will be available on-demand to MORIS registrants until June 30th.
The presenting authors are supposed to login the zoom breakout room for your presentation to answer the questions from live on-line attendees. Please bring your own laptop and headset for on-line Q&A at the presentation room.Some participants may ask via the comments on your on-demand presentation.
